| Flexible Rubber Magnets
are made from ferrite powder and organic plastics, it
not only has good magnetic properties, but also has good
flexible performance, can be bent, coiled, punched,
almost can be made into any shapes without losing the
magnetic characteristics. What's more, no surface
treatment is required as it is highly resistant to
corrosion. For the purpose of decoration, a variety of
pictures can be printed on it.
We
are producing Flexible Rubber Magnets in both Isotropic
& Anisotropic types by Extruding, Rolling and
Injection processes.
The isotropic type is mainly used in
refrigerators' sealing gaskets, steel doors and windows'
sealing gaskets, magnetic teaching boards, computers'
correcting magnets and magnetic focusing sheet of colour
TV sets' tubes (PCM), DC
motor, small generator, relay, sensor, air-conditioner,
etc. The anisotropic type is widely used
in spindle motors, stepping motors, high precision
motors, magnetic displayers, duplicator's developing
& cleaning magnetic pulleys, health products,
etc.
Apart from the finished
products Flexible Rubber Magnets, we also supply the raw
materials, they are Ferrite Powder & Ferrite
Magnetic Compound (Granules), which are used to produce
