Sintered
NdFeB
(Neodymium-Iron-Boron) Magnets are the most
powerful rare earth permanent magnets with good
performance of high energy product, high
residual induction and high coercive force. Now
Nd-Fe-B Magnets are widely used in electric
motors, VCMs, magnetrons, loudspeakers, sensors,
relays, instruments, MRI, and so on.
Sintered NdFeB Magnets are prone to rust, so usually the
surface must be treated by coatings. We
can do the surface treatment according to
customer's requirements, such as Normal Zinc
plating, Color Zinc plating, Nickel plating,
Nickel + Nickel plating, Nickel + Copper +
Nickel plating, Nickel + Tin Plating, Epoxy
Coating, Nickel + Epoxy coating, Phosphorated,
Gold plating, Silver plating & Copper plating
etc.
We
can also supply Sintered NdFeB Magnets with
Patent License at request.
